Facilities and equipment are available to all Tompkins County residents who wish to create non-commercial television content. Programs produced at PEGASYS are shown on Channel 13 of the Tompkins County cable system, which is available to all Tompkins County cable subscribers.

Who can use PEGASYS?

You may use the PEGASYS studio and portable equipment, and you may cablecast your television content on Tompkins County Cable 13 if you...

...are a resident of Tompkins County, New York.
- Residents of the City of Ithaca, the Town of Ithaca, and the Village of Cayuga Heights may use all PEGASYS facilities for free.
- Residents of all other Tompkins County municipalities must pay an annual fee of $20.
- Residents of all Tompkins County municipalities, who are 18 or older, may submit non-commercial programming to run on Cable 13 for free.
...are 18 years old, or 14 years old with the supervision of an adult.
...create and cablecast non-commercial television content. (“Non-commercial” means that the programming must not contain any advertisements to sell products or services.)
...participate in an appropriate training program. (See the training page.)

You may also submit non-commercial programs produced elsewhere to show on Channel 13, provided that you are an adult resident of Tompkins County.
